We specialize in designing AND re-designing affordable retirement plans that address both traditional and unique corporate objectives. Some of the more common types of plans that we provide services for are:
Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) - An extremely effective, multi-purpose plan that doubles as an employee incentive plan through shared ownership in company growth and as a strategic corporate financial tool. ESOP is the perfect tool for funding capital growth, an exit strategy for corporate owners, or increasing cash flow through tax savings.
Profit Sharing Plan - Offers a tax-deferred sharing of employer profits with employees. Employer Contributions are usually discretionary and flexible for employers who want or need to vary their contributions from year to year.
401(k) Savings Plan - As an employer's most affordable way to fund an employee retirement plan, it is a Profit Sharing plan that allows pre-tax EMPLOYEE contributions, and can be designed with or without matching EMPLOYER contributions.
New Comparability Plan - A specially-designed Profit Sharing plan that allows the employer to provide benefits at different levels to various employee groups, typically age-weighted for older employees.
403(b) Savings Plan for Non-profit Organizations - A retirement plan similar to a 401(k) plan offered by certain 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations and public schools.
Defined Benefit Plans / Cash Balance Plans - Sets a pre-defined dollar amount of employees' retirement benefits. The employer has minimum funding requirements, regardless of profitability.
Non-qualified Plans -Supplemental Executive Retirement Plans (SERP) and other types of non-qualified plans can be used ALONE to provide specific employee/executive benefits OR in conjunction with qualified plans that impose restrictions on certain employees to equalize benefits.
